Under most circumstances, we are able to provide a refund for any unfulfilled order, or fulfilled order that has been returned within 30 days of delivery.

However, given extended costs and manufacturing lead times resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and associated supply chain issues, many companies, including ourselves, have had to increase the deposits paid to overseas manufacturing partners far in advance of product actually being received, and ultimately shipped to you, our customers.

For this reason, when placing orders, please be aware that every order must be considered made-to-order and as such, we may not be able to process refunds immediately upon request.
