配送に関する方針

配送について
世界各地への発送を承っております。発送の遅れを防ぐため、ご購入の際、発送先住所と連絡先情報が正確かつ完全で、 英語 で提供されていることをご確認ください。住所の誤りや不備による配送の遅延や追加送料については責任を負いかねます。

配送料金
配送料金は、お住まいの地域、ご注文のサイズと重量、選択された配送方法に基づいてチェックアウト時に計算されます。

Duties and Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. ご注文処理
ご注文は通常1～3営業日以内に処理されます。ご注文が処理されると、追跡情報が記載された確認メールが送信されます。

Tracking

荷物の紛失・破損について
輸送中の荷物の紛失・破損については責任を負いかねます。お客様のご注文が配送業者に引き渡された後は、配送業者の責任となります。お荷物の配送状況を確認するために、提供された追跡情報を使用することをお勧めします。

配送の遅延または滞留
お荷物が配送中に遅延または滞留した場合は、追跡番号を使用して配送業者に直接お問い合わせください。
