Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in excellent condition and in its original packaging.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items that have been opened, unless returned within the first 7 days of delivery. Unopened items returned in their original condition will not incur a restocking fee.

Refund Conditions
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please be aware that if the product shows any signs of alteration or modification, no refund will be issued.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact form on our website to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. If the item was purchased through one of our distributors, please contact them directly to initiate the return process.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit. Prepaid return shipping labels can be issued for US customers only, with a USD $10 fee deducted from the return for the use of the prepaid label. For customers outside of the US returning defective items for repair or return, we will be pleased to reimburse the return shipping cost up to USD $50.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund.
