Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from our website are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please contact us via the contact form on our website to obtain a Warranty Authorization (WA) number. Warranty claims without an WA number will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the product back for warranty evaluation.
Upon receiving the product, our technicians will inspect it to determine whether the issue reported is covered under warranty. If the issue is covered, we will repair the product or replace it with a new or refurbished unit, if necessary. The cost of return shipping for repaired or replaced items will be covered by us.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
For products that are no longer under warranty, we offer out-of-warranty repair services at a reasonable cost (USD $50-$150) for qualified issues based on an initial assessment from our service technicians. Please contact our customer service team for a quote. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with out-of-warranty repairs.
Repair Turnaround Time
We strive to process warranty claims and repairs as quickly as possible. The typical turnaround time for repairs is 14-21 business days from the date we receive the product, depending on the complexity of the repair and availability of parts.
Lost or damaged packages
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when sending products to us for warranty claims or repairs. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during transit to our repair facility.
