Shipping Address Confirmation Emails Have Been Sent

We're just 3 weeks away from the start of shipment of Polymega Base Units, Modules, and Controllers, and we would like to thank all of our loyal customers for their continued support. Now, it's time for us to make sure we have all the correct information on file to ensure you get the items you ordered from us.

Today we sent emails to all customers we have on the list for pre-order fulfillment in the September/October timeframe. Rest assured, if you receive the email -- you are confirmed to be getting your system in our first fulfillment group, which starts on September 12th and anticipates to complete by end of October.

If you didn't get the email, and you ordered your system on Polymega.com between September 2018 and April 2020...

If we ship your package to you and your address was incorrect, there's a risk that you might not get your items. So, please check closely and let us know at support@playmaji.com if you have any changes you need to make (and please ONLY email us if you have changes to make).
